I find this book unique in its discussion of issues realted to skin health and natural therapies. The book gave me a lot of info that I needed and tried on my own skin. It works. It is written with simplicity of wording, yet scientific point of view. I recommend it to all my friends and even strangers. The author seems to be knowledgeble and presents all the facts. I enjoyed it and treasure it.
