After the amazing "A Different Space," Bob Holroyd returns with a tour de Force. This double Cd is personal and introspective, imaginative and innovative. The tracks are subtle, yet very powerful and moving. There is an air of nostalgia in Mr. Holroyd's music that gently pushes the listener into a dreamy landscape of personal emotions. The music here is darker than in his previous works, perhaps a reflection of the current human condition in this world? Excellent Cd!

Simply put, Bob Holroyd is brilliant.
Hollow Man is the music of dreams and I especially recommend the second (included) CD All Colours, which flows from one track to another building as it goes along to Part Six which is signature Holroyd: Ambient, World Groove, Electric, Electrifying, danceable... almost a joyous celebration in an Electro-Arabian lounge. This one haunts your groove. Love it! |
