I was attracted at first to the promise of losing 10 lbs in two days, but I also know that it is not possible to lose that much fat in that short of a time period. The juice tasted good and surprisingly I did not feel hungry on the first day! I also drank plenty of water with it. I just craved my favorite foods!! By the end of the first day I had lost 6 lbs, and I felt great! I was proud for sticking to the diet. But I also know that the weight I lost was water weight, not fat. Nevertheless, my clothes fit better because I retain fluid easily and my belly always feels bloated. This product eliminated that. I use this now if I will be going out or want to look and feel a little slimmer. BEWARE: I would not recommend doing this more than one day, because it is only 400 calories. The next morning I felt dizzy and sick to my stomach because my body needed calories to function. If you buy this, just remember that you are not losing several lbs of fat, but mostly water! For me it was great motivation to continue my Weight Watchers diet because I saw a lower number on the scale! The mind is a funny thing. :) I hope someone finds this helpful!

Its a short term cleanse to get u ready for your real diet. I lost 7 lb on it and when i emerged from the diet my appetite was very small. The problem that most ppl have is not entering a new well rounded diet right after it. Let's face the facts... the body goes into a fast when you are on this, and when you re-introduce food the body will overcompensate and you will want to eat more than normal. If you have a plan going out of the diet... like 5 small meals.. then it will indeed jumpstart your new life. losing weight is not a diet.. it is a lifestyle change.. and this certainly does help you get there if used properly. if you dont.. chances are you will gain more weight than what u started at.... just like any other diet.

Wow... What a great product, this product does work, I lost 9 lbs. utilizing it, it does take some discipline, but after the first day, you will be okay. When you smell food, you will get hungry, but just take a swig of juice, and you will be okay, great product, I am going to use it again.

I decided to buy this to try it out and use it to jump-start a healthy eating/exercise plan. I started at 120 pounds. After the first day, I lost 2 pounds. The second day, I lost 2 more pounds. So, I got down to 116 and my stomach was very flat. I looked good!

However, the first day I went back to eating real food (barely anything, by the way) I gained it all back. I decided to try again the next weekend. I didn't lose any weight at all. When I started eating again, I gained 10 pounds over the next two weeks. And it hasn't gone away!!! I think what happened is that this slowed down my metabolism to think that I was starving, and now my body is holding on to every calorie. I now weigh 130 pounds and am heavier than I have ever been in my life. I have fat hanging off my stomach and all of my clothes are tight. I have exercised heavily every day for a week, and eaten a sensible, low fat, low carb, low calorie diet. I haven't lost an ounce.

SOO... I think this could give you a few pounds of weight loss on your wedding day or something, but it is NOT a good choice to jump-start a diet/exercise plan. It has totally sabotaged my plans. I read all bad reviews of this product on another site, but decided to take a chance on the good reviews here at Amazon. I really wish I hadn't.

If you re looking to shed up to 10 lbs. and have great willpower then this miracle beverage is for you for two days you drink the Hollywood juice but you can not consume any food period or it will not work the most I have lost in a two day period is 9 lbs. but you can lose up to 10 it varies from person to person but it does work you will feel hungry for those two days but it will be worth it after u check the scale so give it a shot

I use this product once a month. I have intestinal issues and allot of food intolerances, but when I drink this drink, my insides have never felt better.

Hi, i drink the juice and i have biggest results, i make every 21 days, i have 235 pounds and now 165 pound the juice really help me, i combined the juice with many diet, Dr.Atskin, Scardale, Dr. Perricone, Dr. Mike Moreno. I lose 70 pound, the firts time that i prove i lose 10 pounds, Secnd Time 9.5 pounds, 3erd time 14 pounds, 4.time 8 pounds, and 5 time 6.5 pounds, its amazing, but people must combined after drink de juice with any diet.

Ok i Have to admit it Does work.But going on without eating for 2 days,,,,is just bad and just drinking this for 2 dayscome on(mild headache).I could think that if you do that your body after you start eating again will cling to every single calorie and youll end up with more weight.Well i did it by eating a salad and alli pill(dam those pills are good).And would drink this through the whole day,And snack like on strawberries and blueberries.Nothing that has fat.I am 5'2 and used to weight 108 until i got wt my boyfriend and every 3 days he would buy dominos pizza so i ended up being my heaviest 121 pounds.My goal is 105 now.Primarily in the stomach is where i gained the most weight.Let me tell you how it worked.I was surprised when the scale read 109 after the 1st 4 hours.When i woke up the next day it said 117.8 i was like whaaaaaat?.But my arms i noticed where different primarily in the wrists i looked like a toothpick (which i kinda missed).And the stomach on the side looked alot smaller.I had a backache which i thought was due to muscle loss and My body eating itself.What it does is takes 1 lb of muscle,1lb of fat,2-3lbs of water weight,and 3-5 lbs of waste in your organs is what i read from the manufacturer.YOU HAVE TO EXERCISE,Please no one is going to lose weight without exercising It still works without it but it will make you lose alot more weight.You have to eat the lowest calories and exercise alot .Each pound of fat is 3,500 calories.Just picture your body like a math table and eat low calories exercise alot and subtract to the closest 3,500 you can burn.
Overall Great I will keep buying it and eatings salads,Grilled chicken(with alli pills),Exercise alot and i think i will reach my weight goal =)

I was told that I need to lose weight due to abnormal sugar and cholesterol levels (by no means am I fat or chubby). I thought what better way to jumpstart something like that than to try something I had heard about repeatedly. In comes the Hollywood Diet. I did not lose ANY weight on this, I didn't feel better, and no matter what people tell you it tastes like [...]. If I had known I'd be throwing away $25 to help me with this I could have saved myself the time by putting cash in the trash.
Since I have been told I need to lose the weight (and the embarrassment of the Hollywood Diet)I have cut as many sugars out of my diet as possible. I drink only water (With Crystal Light or Acai drink mixes found out Costco) and eat as healthy as possible, including a jumpstart on the metabolism with grapefruit. I eat 5 small meals a day. I am on a fixed income (single mother trying to make ends meet between rent and daycare) but have been able to lose almost 15 lbs in 2 weeks eating healthy and exercising.
Hollywood Diet is a hoax.
