This tape held up my very heavy beaded dress comfortably for my wedding! It only slipped after more than 7 hours of use! We could have put new tape on, but I was about to change anyway. It didn't hurt the material and it stuck well to my skin. The only thing that was a bummer is that it left a red chaffing mark on my chest, and when I switched into my going away dress the mark was visible. However - it was after dark, so I wasn't too worried about it. I was just so thankful that my dress stayed in place for that long! If your dress is heavy, don't be afraid to use lots of the tape!

Could not live without this stuff! No more really cute blouses that are cut too low. This solves the problem!! I have not found any fabric it will not work on, has never stained, either.

I had a gown that gaped a bit. The tape worked wonders, stuck on for the entire wedding. My sensitive skin usually gets a rash from surgical tape or whatever, but this tape didn't leave a mark!

I was disappointed after trying this product, based on the glowing reviews. I needed to keep a formal dress in place, but the tape did not work for me. Perhaps it had to do with the inner lining of the dress. It was a BCBG dress, very constructed bodice, with an inner lining made of an almost mesh fabric. The tape did not stick at all. Perhaps I can use it in the future to try with a garment that has a more fluid fabric. It was a mess with the dress. Sorry that I cannot recommend, but I think it may not work in all cases.

Did not last longer than a few minutes. Garment must be very loose to work. Any movement and it's coming undone.

Don't try this with a wrap shirt that you are trying to eliminate cleavage. You will be disappointed.

Probably best with hems or flowing garments.

This was for my step-daughter, and since I didn't hear ANYTHING negative, I can assume it worked just fine. (You know how teenagers are--they don't tell you unless something's wrong!)

I wore a strapless beaded cocktail dress (lined with satin) to a wedding and hoped this fashion tape would help keep the dress up. Unfortunately, I got through almost half the tin in one night...and it still didn't work at holding up the dress. It didn't damage the fabric, so that a positive. It did leave a sticky residue on my skin that hurt to peel off. I do not think I'd recommend this product to a friend, but maybe it would work for a much lighter job.

Where has this product been all my life? As a petite but busty gal, I have forever had issues with blouses gapping and showing things that should remain hidden. Not anymore! This tape is a miracle cure for gaping blouses on all material types. It is easy to adhere to the fabric and stays until I want to remove it. I cannot believe I've gone so long without it and will never be without it again!

I used the tape on several different types of clothing. It works really, really well for lighter clothing. I actually had difficulty removing the tape from my skin -- it was really stuck on there! However, I used it for a heavier strapless gown and it didn't really hold up for me unfortunately :( The dress fell down and left the tape showing... pretty tacky. I thought based on the packaging, advertisements, and the description from the company that there were no limitations on what type of clothing this was effective on. Especially since the company describes that many celebrities use this tape. If you've ever watched a formal red carpet, mot of the women are dressed in gowns which were more elaborate than what I was wearing so I assumed it would hold up. Oh well. I'd recommend it for blouses or keeping your bra straps in place or perhaps a light dress. I did not find it particularly effective for holding a strapless bra in place. I'd recommend the product but only for certain articles of clothing, not all.

I borrowed a piece of Hollywood double-stick tape from a friend at work, and knew that I had to have my own. Now, thanks to you, I do!!!
