I have used this product and variations of it for about 2 days per month and am losing fast!
I will continue to use it . I don't get hungry because I sip this. Some of the loss is undoubtably water but 15 pounds in 2 months is good enough for me.

I have used this product off and on since it came out. It always seems to do the trick and I do keep the weight off after is completed. I recommend exercising for at least an hour (cardio and weight training) to have maximum benefits. Please don't cheat and think that you'll have the same results, keep with the 8 glasses of water (I also substituted the water with cups of organic green tea and substitute sugar) and you will def enjoy looking at the scale once more.

I like having this around for quick dieting before any major event or time that I want to lose a couple pounds. You have to follow the directions and psyche yourself out and if you do that, it'll work. However, its obviously not a long-term solution to weight loss. Most of the weight you lose is water weight, although at least a pound probably is fat. I'd recommend it. Just make sure you're able to drink only juice all day or else this diet won't work for you.

I used it for 3 days (did a 72 hour fast) and it works wonders, as I lost about 10lbs (majority water weight as with most crash diets, so only about 5 stayed off) in that 72 hours. Works the same as your typical juice fast, I didn't feel any sort of detox happening. Hence the 4 stars, its a good product, juice tastes really good but I will opt for veggie broth on my next fast as I feel its a more healthy calorie intake than the fruit juices in this drink. As with any juice or liquid fast, please use with discretion. Overall, if you choose to use this product correctly, you should expect to see results.

Ive tried this twice and each time I got so dizzy I had to eat something. So I would have a salad for dinner. Each time I only lost 1 pound.
