Dick Haymes, best known as a singer for Harry James Orchestra, was featured in many Fox musicals. Probably the best known is "State Fair". This CD features songs from many of his other films, including two he made with Betty Grable. Unfortunately, many of these films are not available on VHS or DVD such as "When Irish Eyes are Smiling" (with June Haver) and "Do You Love Me?" (with Maureen O'Hara).This CD is a good buy for anyone who is a fan of Twentieth Century - Fox musicals.
