This is a great bike rack for the back of my Subaru Forester. It fits my Electra Townie bike perfectly and I don't have to lift the bike up too high. At first the side straps kept slipping down until (duh!) I figured out that they have to be attached higher on the trunk where they will not slip. This rack is very easy to put on and take off.

I bought this rack to mount two beach cruisers to my Honda Civic. In that sense it worked flawlessly. The rack is solid and had no problem handling my bikes. My rack came without mounting instructions (which was probably just an oversight) so I had to jump online to the Hollywood website to learn how to mount it. The mounting procedure is fairly straightforward. The only downside to this rack is that the straps that the rack comes with are extremely long and once the bikes are strapped there isn't a good strap management system built into the rack. If I let the straps dangle, they would definitely drag along the ground as I drove the car. It would have been nice if it came with some straps to manage the straps. I was reluctant to cut the straps just in case I ever need to use the rack on a different vehicle in which case I might need some extra length. I elected to use velcro cable ties to wrap the straps and these did double duty as storage strap ties once I removed the rack from the car. I am impressed with how easy the rack is to fold for storage, and although the footprint of the box the rack arrived in was quite large, the rack itself takes up very little room in my garage. I would definitely recommend this rack to anyone that needs to mount beach cruisers to their sedan.

Fits perfectly on the back of my Ford Escape. Holds my Electra Townie quite securely and I didn't have to buy the extra cross-bar required for most other bike racks.

I bought this rack, and it works great. We have a Lincoln MKZ, and fits nicely on trunk. Easy setup.

The rack is sturdy and holds two bikes without any problems while driving. There are way too many tie-downs to strap the bike onto the rack. The developer needs to re-look at this method of tie-downs.

I read every rack review out there before I bout this one so I know it's a great rack, versatile, and is reasonably priced.

Only drawback is you can't get into your trunk at the same time with a rack/bike on and where to store it when it's not in use? I have yet to figure that out.

It works with Dutch / women's / cruiser style bikes but I ended up buying the extra bar attachment because my bike weighs 40lbs and lifting it high on one side was a pain unless you are big, strong or tall or your car is very low to the ground. Technically though you don't need the extra bar.

Also impressive was that I ordered this with the 5 day shipping and it arrived at my door the very next day!

Good for 2 bikes max realistically, possibly 3 if they aren't fancy cruisers and are basic skinny road bikes.

The foam attachments work as locks on the ends and this thing is pretty easy to figure out without reading anything, good because it didn't come with any instructions.

It's a great rack!
