A gritty, rough-and-tumble affair, Red Blood of Courage is an engrossing Kermit Maynard Western that pulses with action and intrigue. Maynard stars opposite the voluptuous red-headed beauty and Hollywood pin-up sensation Ann Sheridan, in one of her earliest roles. Never meandering for a moment, Red Blood of Courage begins with a vicious scheme to take over the valuable oil bearing land of Mr. Mark Henry (Reginald Barlow) by kidnapping and replacing him with a convincing double. Sheridan plays Henry's niece, also a part owner of the land, who gets caught up in the diabolical plot when the criminals try to force her to marry a member of their gang. Maynard comes to the rescue, but this isn't a routine roundup! Things get ugly in Red Blood of Courage, and Maynard is up to the dirty task.
