The product is about what I expected - quality is typical Halloween Costume (dress is not lined, etc). The criss-cross straps are a mixed bag - thye are nice in that they are stretchy and go on easily. On the other hand, the fabric around the chest is too big for my daughter (average 7 year old size) so that in the back, the straps pull the fabric together and it looks bunched up. But it's in the back, and can be hidden under the fuzzy stole (included). Would be even better if it included the costume jewelry shown in the picture.

My five year old wanted this "starlet" costume. She is a size 6 normally, average height for her age. We ordered the small, 6-8, size as it was the smallest available. It was probably 5-6 inches too long so I pinned it up with safety pins, plus with the train, she tripped numerous times. The costume photographed well and she looked every inch the starlet but it was a very thin polyester that was quite cold for trick or treating. The fuzzy shrug helped a bit with the chill. Overall, we were pleased but certain modifications are needed.

My daughter loves this costume. She tries to wear it daily. It is a great buy. We will use it for dress up after Halloween. I would recommend this purchase.

My daughter loved this costume! I had to pin the shoulder straps because they were a bit long but that happens and wasn't a big deal. It was very cute on, the color is true to the picture and with a couple accessories this was a hit. I will say that the material is thin so if you live somewhere cold be prepared. Otherwise, my daughter was very happy with this costume.

My 5 year old daughter loved wearing this costume for Halloween. We paired it up with a rhinestone necklace and bracelet, and she felt like a star for the day. My only complaint is that the dress was too long for my daughter. I had to pin it up so she could walk in it. If you're on the fence on sizing, go with the smaller size.
