I found this commentary to be helpful in two areas: For preparing sermons and for helping with teaching sunday school. Some of the stories told by the authors are good for either illustrating an expository style introduction for a sermon or for helping you think of a similar story in your own life.
If you want a line-for-line study this is not it. But the authors do have good insight into the scriptures |
