Short and simple, it's a fan, it moves air and it does a good job doing it. Over all I'm happy with it. The only issue I have is that it's really loud. I bought this to use at work and it was just so loud I couldn't hear on the phone. Maybe it's just the one I got though; maybe I got a bad one or something. So I just took it home and I use it there, who cares how loud it is when I'm sitting at my workbench in the garage. It cools me off and that's all that matters.

Do not buy this fan. It's small in size and really slow. Does not circulate air at all. If you are more than 3 feet away from the fan the air doesn't reach you !!!

I just received this 30 minutes ago and it's going back by tomorrow's mail !!

Update: Returned this fan and bought Honeywell HT800 Turbo Fan from Amazon. It's very powerful and way better compared to this one

We live in a 100 year old building in San Francisco and can hear our neighbors through the floors and walls, so we bought this fan for our newborn daughter who would wake up at the sound of them. It works really well for white noise, and I'd recommend it for such.

I am not a fan of this fan.

It's small and cheap, but that's where my list of positive things to say about this fan ends.

This fan does a terrible job of actually circulating air, even at close range. Also, the fan is very loud.

This fan is okay for a small space, but the fan blades chop air so loudly that it's not very practical for an office or for use in close proximity to the user who needs to hear what's going on around them. It moves some air, but it's highly diffused - not focused well. Not what I'm looking for in an office/desk fan. Good for 'white noise', like one reviewer mentioned, though it's not true white noise. It mostly sounds like a Cessna flying overheard.
