The merchant I worked with was very responsive and attentive to my circumstances and responded in a timely manner. Be aware of what you are ordering with this product. When you purchase these cds on line be sure that you are recieving the whole package, if that is what you want: 3 cds includes the introduction, the dive and immersion, 2 extra cds for select issues, plus the written material.

I purchased my first set of Holosync CDs from Amazon and received Awakening Prologue - the first level. The product is amazing. But I would recommend to anyone who is interested in this program to go to the official website and purchase their program directly from Centerpointe Research Inc. The CDs I received were scratched up, though playable, and there was no documentation or instructions on how to use it, or anything else shipped with them. You rob yourself of the wonderful support and other offers that Centerpointe Research provides when you begin the Holosync program. It's worth spending the money (less than $200.00) to get a great program. I was so disappointed in the quality of the CDs I received that I decided to purchase it again from Centerpointe, and now I have access to all of the support letters, books, website, and hotline that come with the program. There's so much to read and to learn. It's a complete paradigm shift for me. It's an amazing program and well worth the cost, which isn't a lot when you consider that most people spend thousands of dollars on therapy and other things that don't work long term.
