I really like this book as a textbook for high school chemistry, but I don't think it goes in depth enough for a college intro class. If you need a high school textbook, though, I highly recommend this one.

This book is just the one my son needed for his chemistry class. Found out during a meet and greet at the school that no books were available for the class...so I went to Amazon.com and as always, they had just what I needed.
