This product is what my horn came with, so I kept buying it until I heard of Hetman rotory oil and decided to use that. The hetman oil is considerably better at reducing friction and it lasts for longer than this one does. However it costs about twice as much. I still use this one on occasion. Its simply a quality oil made precisely for rotors, but nothing fancy.

All I can say is it works great with My Holton F-Horn. I refuse to use any thing in my horn except rotor oil it may be more expensive but worth every penny.
