When I was made a Master Mason on march 22, 1999, I was presented with this edition of the Heirloom Bible. Not only is it a beautiful edition with many customary features for a deluxe edition of the bible but its wealth of Masonic references brought Freemasonry alive through the use of a book which I had used as a reference work throughout my life.

Purchased this as a gift and a brief review of the Bible proved I make a good choice. The Masonic information was very concise but complete and informative. I am sure my son will cherish it when his work is completed and I make the presentation.

This is the perfect gift for the newmember to our Fraternity. It has places for all the dates of the candidates degree's, registars for both officers of the Lodge and Bretheren present at his Raising. I give this as a gift to all my candidates.

When I was raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason, this was the volume upon which I took my sacred vows and thus obligated myself, and the volume which my Worshipful Master presented to me as his gift for my becoming the newest Master Mason in our Lodge. I've previewed through this sacred volume and as a Bible-believer, it is a special set of Scriptures with unique Masonic history in it that is both beneficial to both the new Master Mason and those who are non-Masons and are interested in our humble Craft. I should hope every new Mason should be given a copy, and if not, should seek to obtain one. We truly are members of the greatest Fraternity in existence and for those who are not yet Masons but are interested in becoming one, remember, 2B1 ASK1!

This is a very good bible and well worth the money spent, new and old testement in one book and lots of facts about the masonic faternity.
