I really enjoy listening to the tapes during my commute to work. My car has become a classroom. They are professionally produced and easy to understand, blending wisdom, humor, and poignancy. The topics are universal and well chosen, and the speakers talk to their audience in a frank, straightforward way that is refreshing. The tapes give you insight into understanding Judaism, relationships, and personal growth. Each tape is a powerful wake-up call that prompts listeners to reexamine their goals, their principles, and their current road in life. If you never thought that studying the Torah and Judaism were interesting, you're in for a treat that you'll enjoy more than you ever thought you would. Thanks. David Weinman Senior Product Manager, E-Commerce Systems Stamps.comI've found the Holy Diner tape series to be a helpful and convenient way to learn Torah. The tapes contain short, easy to understand descriptions of timeless Torah concepts and their relevance to everyday life. They are great for stimulating thoughtful introspection or conversation about Traci L. Newman, Ph.D.Senior Analyst, Technology Assessment --
Traci L. Newman, Ph.D.Senior Analyst, Technology AssessmentIt raised some valuable questions for me. I have for the first time began understanding where Jewish beliefs originate.. The Holy Diner is about life, it doesnt go into specifics about Jewish laws and customs, its more philosophical. It is about relationships, attitudes and morals. I would highly recommend it because it gives you a broader perspective on understanding what Judaism is all about. When people think about Judaism they think of it as rigid and narrow. The Holy Diner dispels this myth. Its an eye opener. If you are coming from a skeptical viewpoint, it shows that Judaism is less rigid than you thought that there is substance to it its just not blind belief. --
