This is an interesting record - some covers are good, some bands take their own interpretations on the songs, and some really stink (in both talent and recording quality). It was hard for me to buy this because it wasn't approved by the Descendents/Bill Stevenson (I found it used for under $4 and that was a major influence in the purchasing decision), but it is a pretty cool album to have for big Descendents fans and extreme music nerds (ahem). It's all pre-Everything Sucks songs, so it's their best stuff, at least in my opinion.
