I purchased this item (Home & Business Lawyer 2011)in 2011 from [...]as a download. It worked for the first month then it quit working. I am using Windows XP pro sp3 and I am under a firewall but I allowed the program to run. The support center takes you to [...] which is some how affiliated. They for sure don't answer the phones because I have yet got to speak to a customer support agent...but get this!! I did get a email telling me to call support at 800-395-0277 the very number that no one will answer. Absolutely useless from start to finish!
