I thought this book was great!
Yes, a few (A FEW ONLY!) recipes had outdated process times. But you know what? This exact method has been used just fine and is still being used in menonite areas. If it bothers you, adjust processing procedure to what the current books say (DUH-- this really is a no-brainer, simple thing to do!) I bought this book because I was looking for some of the recipes my grandmother used to make-- this has them! Now I can make the exact same recipes that she made. Thanks! |
