About the Author

Suzanne Falaschetti has served as a private personal trainer, corporate Health & Wellness Manager, and currently acts as a health coach to provide risk factor reduction counseling to managed care and corporate clients. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sports science (Indiana University, 1990), her master’s degree in exercise science and cardiac rehabilitation (Northeastern Illinois University, 1992), and has practiced clinical exercise physiology and personal training for thirteen years. She has treated patients in a clinical setting, acting as supervisor of two hospital-based cardiac rehabilitation programs, and has coordinated numerous community wellness programs.
