Product Description

2006 debut album from this band led by Will Carruthers, formerly of Spacemen 3, Spiritualized and Spectrum. The band consists of other former members of these bands, although not their leaders (Sonic Boom and Jason Pierce), which is what makes this album so cohesive and entertaining. Freelovebabies mix their love of '60s Rock and Psychedelia with echoes of their '90s output and create something entirely different. Carruthers is a great frontman freed from the shackles of his former bosses and soars as the main freelovebaby. Rucksack.
