4.0 out of 5 stars Good photos of bad tattoos, May 14, 2008

This review is from: Home Made Tattoos Rule (Paperback)
The book presents a unique perspective of the DIY tattoo culture in Australia and New Zealand. Aside from the foreword and introduction, the book only contains photographs of home made tattoos. It's not a guide on home made tattoos nor a source of inspiration. It is simply a visual report of the DIY tattoo scene from 2005 to 2006, encompassing a single continent; one could even venture as far as saying that it documents a single tattoo subculture. Is it worth $30.odd? Not if you're looking for guides or ideas.
