I bought this primarily for the artwork, as Bernie Fuchs is pretty much my favourite illustrator at the moment.
From the cover it looks a bit shabby if you haven't seen it in real time but it's actually the normal size of a childs storybook and the artwork is lovely. I've skimmed over a few of the poems and am looking forward to the rest. I think the editorial reviews describe them best. Very glad to own a copy. |
