A Homerun book on how to successfully fundraise!,
This review is from: The Home Run Hitter's Guide to Fundraising: Happy About Raising Capital without Pitching (Paperback)
As an executive who has raised venture capital successfully I can tell you the insights in this book are invaluable. Whether you are looking for Angel Capital to get a company started or a final "mezzanine" round before and IPO, the tools and techniques in this book prepare you to put your company in it's best light. Just the ideas on the overuse of PowerPoint are worth the price of the book. I strongly recommend you read this book before you start planning your next pitch! Jennifer

Raising capital? Start with the Home Run Hitter's Guide,
By Viki Forrest (San Francisco, CA USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Home Run Hitter's Guide to Fundraising: Happy About Raising Capital without Pitching (Paperback)
I have helped hundreds of companies raise capital all over the world and I can tell you this process works. People forget they are selling a piece of their company, not just talking about their products and "The Home Run Hitters Guide" keeps entrepreneurs focused on the result, not the content. The section on delivery is also extremely useful and important. If you are thinking about raising capital to start a business, this book is a great place to start.
