Although I am not a firm believer in home schooling, I found this video to be very informative and professional. The author(s) obviously have a solid background in the subject.

This video has answered all my questions concerning home schooling. I feel very confortable moving on with my home schooling decision.

Scenes in the movie span a period from 1988 through 2000, tracking the children of one family through University graduation. Children graduated Magna Cum Laude, Suma Cum Laude and "with honors." The movie describes the elements of the Home Schooling movement, most appropriate for parents who want to know what it's all about. The teaching techniques have not changed since Ben Franklin's Mommie taught him at home.

This video does a great job of answering all the main questions that a person considering home schooling usually comes up against. From learning styles to social interactions to college admissions and employment after graduation, the subjects are explored and presented in a concise and easy to understand format.

In light of our crumbling plants, unqualified teachers and overcrowded facilities, I firmly believe that the home may well the classroom of the future. Granted it comes with its own set of difficulties, but they can be (and are being) solved.

An excellent video to get you on your way to home schooling success!

I BRIEFLY talked to a co-worker about his homeschooled kids and learned more from him than I did this video. The video was made in 1988, how up-to-date is the information now? It does briefly update you on the family covered to year 2000.
