I just finished reading Home Seller's Blues. It absolutely represents what I've been going through and gives me a long list of home selling ideas I never thought of before. It's surprisingly insightful in terms of getting into the mind's of buyers and understanding how they are viewing my house. Also I found the real life humor in the book very uplifting, which is exactly what I need right now.

I read about this book in an online news article and am impressed with how much information it covers while also being a lot of fun and a good read for a subject that is usually very dry. Not only did it give me a lot of useful tips that would have made the whole process easier, it made me feel better about the entire home selling experience. I give this author two gold stars for her passion for creating such a book.

Found out about this book at the same time I was thinking of selling my house. I was somewhat nervous, since it was the first time I had sold a house. There were many very useful tips throughout the book and the author comes across as knowledgeable and experienced. She also serves well as a good cheerleader and "armchair psychologist" when one gets discouraged during the home selling process. Overall, the book came across as a sane and rational guide, especially in these volatile times in the real estate market.

This book gave me great ideas I've never heard of before on how to make a house truly stand out from the crowd in unique ways and be remembered without having to spend money on home improvements. Also, it helped reduce the frustration of being a seller by providing chapters full of advice on how to cope with a slow selling home. What surprised me the most though, was that reading this book actually put me in a "good mood" It's positive, humorous and inspiring, but it is also very realistic in terms of providing practical, easy things to do that can make all the difference in whether you are able to sell your house or not.
