The cover text reads "Room-by-room do and don'ts for increasing the value of your home" - I was disappointed there is nothing in here that even resembles a room by room checklist. The bathroom in mentioned once in the first chapter as is the kitchen and garage- (that's it!)- More legal mumbo jumbo than anything else. I was specifically looking to prep my home for sale not the actual sales process. If you want the legal stuff- this is it.
