nice little book
this is a nice little book giving good ideas on "home spa" techniques and recipes that are simple enough that you might actually try them!

Don't bother
There are very few recipes in this book compared to others in this category. I also bought "Secrets of the Spas: Pamper and Vitalize Yourself at Home (Life's Little Luxuries)" and it had many more recipes for only $1 more.
