About the Author

Mark H. Scheutzow, MD, PhD, is a cum laude graduate of The Ohio State College of Medicine. His training is in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, Addiction Medicine, and Medical Acupuncture. He practices pain medicine in Charlotte, North Carolina.

After a series of treatments and rehab on my back I bought this book and tried the floor exercises. Man is this really great. I use this 3 times a day and I feel alot better.

The information in this book is great to follow and with a log section I was able to keep record of my progress. I can take this to work and do a little exercises when I have time. I can sure tell a lot improvement with my shoulder injury.
