after i placed my order it took six days to be delivered. i don't think that's too bad considering the unit weighs 72lbs.. when i started to assemble the unit i ran into a snag like quite a few other people who reviewed the same item. the holes didn't line up on one of the side pieces. i called customer service and they were very polite and apollogetic about the problem and said they would ship new part to me. nine days later(it was a holiday weekend) the new part came and all went together. it's a nice looking unit and seems to be quite sturdy.. i must say, it was still a bit of a problem to get the screws to line up with the other pieces. i think that this company could use some improvement in the quality control area. anyway, i'm happy with the unit now that is assembled.
