Review

Highly enjoyable. Financial Times This book ... is a vivid record of a house at the centre of an artistic movement Independent Penrose's book is a delight - informative, well structured and concise. Argus Now available in paperback form although not a paperback as we know it. It's a big, handsome volume, beautifully made and over-flowing with especially commissioned photographs by Alen MacWeeney, alongside iconic photographs from the Lee Miller archive. ETC Magazine --This text refers to the Paperback edition.
