It was bitter sweet for me to read "Home Sweet Home"; I was happy to dive into the love life of the last of the "Fabulous Four", but it also meant saying goodbye to Hope Falls. Melanie Shawn sent me on way but not without one last, romantic, pull-on-my-heart/Labido story. I was so curious to read Lauren Harrison's story in "Home Sweet Home". The most put together of the Fab 4, completely fell apart when Ben Stevens walked into Hope Falls and into her life and it was a thrill to read. Melanie Shawn made this sexy read feel very real; I literally found myself nodding at several points (I'm such a type A personality with a touch of OCD, just like Lauren). Her world was literally turned upside down and it was the cutest thing. Ben Stevens just knew how to work his way through her rubik cube heart, and true of any Hope Falls Chronicles Adonis, he did it in a very sexy, gentleman sort of way. And the love scenes...Melanie Shawn did not let me down. Both well put together characters, came apart perfectly together!

This lovely Chronicle didn't leave me hanging! The four individual love stories didn't take away from the love that the Fabulous Four have for each other. No story was put above another and each character was lovable in their own way. Each story showcased the trial and tribulations we all face when it comes to family, friends, and most importantly, LOVE! I can't wait to read the next series from Melanie Shawn.

I absolutely loved this story about Lauren, another of the Fab Four! She is straightlaced, and all business. Meeting Ben changes all that and breaks down her walls. I love seeing the transformation of Lauren as she falls in love and lets her guard down. I can't wait to read the next...and the next...and the next!

Home Sweet Home is the last of the Fabulous Four books, but the second one I have read. I wasn't really looking forward to this one that much as I am not really a fan of famous people in books, but it was better than I expected.

Lauren is this super organized control freak lady. She likes everything to go smoothly and have everything in its place and then everything is fine. She is a real estate agent and is all about being a professional. When Ben is super late to the filming of his show, the filming where Lauren has been to go over the details of the home with him, well that was not the best start for the two of them. Since he obviously doesn't care about anyone else or their time and whatnot he is some stuck up selfish star. She gets so easily frustrated by everything Ben does it is kind of hilarious.

Ben isn't really all that bad. He is not the person Lauren thinks he is. He has not just been handed everything in life, he has worked hard to get to where he is. He is usually great at winning people over, but when Lauren is around his brain just doesn't work as well as it should. He comes across as kind of an idiot. He really likes Lauren, but he can't seem to get his act together around her.

When Ben and Lauren get paired up to cohost a new show, he is so sweet and kind to her. Ben tries to help Lauren figure everything out, helps her to relax and create a great show. They have to travel all over for work and it was really sweet watching the two of them grow closer. It was not easy, but in the end it all works out. A great read.

I absolutely love this series! One of the best series I have read. This series has a little bit of everything. Fantastic read, even with the tears I shed.

I enjoyed this book as much as the others in the series. The characters are well developed, likeable, strong but flawed enough to be genuine. I like the way Shawn writes. I recommend the series.

I recently discovered Melanie Shawn (like maybe two months ago) and I just LOVE her books. I've read all of the ones that I can get my little hands on and I've loved them all. She's now on my "instant buy" list of authors that I love. Her stories are well written and the characters are very well developed. I can't wait to see what she puts out next! If you love sweet romances... I'd get this book.

The writing is very good and if you like fast reads as myself you will like these. She has several in the Hope Fall Series.

I thought the writing Duo of Melanie and Shawna had surpassed themselves with book 3 of the series... oh boy how wrong was I ?? the Story of Lauren and Luke made me laugh.. scream.. heart hit the floor.. and the irony of the things Luke said to Lauren...Loved when he whispered in her ear " Take the stick out of your *** and relax.. I was crying with laughing..And I shouted WTG because I agreed with him...he put his foot in his mouth every time he met her.. yet he secretly was falling in love with her... I know Lauren loved the other fabulous 4 but I did so want to smack her with more than a cushion at times.. I will not give the story away I detest spoilers.. If you want to know the end of the story Go get your own copy.. you cannot go wrong reading this series.. I loved them all.. now to read the next book in the hope falls series by these awesome authors...
