It's All About Control, September 2, 2008
This review is from: Home Wrecker (Paperback)
Dwayne Joseph introduces readers to a different type of story in Home Wrecker. Marlene knows that her husband, Steve, is having an affair with his secretary. After all, according to Marlene, Steve has sex like he invented it and no one can resist him or his manhood. Marlene wants a divorce but there are complications. Her co-worker, Lisette, comes up with a plan. A deal is made and Lisette makes twenty-five thousand dollars. Marlene gets her divorce with some added perks and Lisette embarks on a lucrative career.
Lisette enjoys her job of helping women get rid of their husbands; until she meets Kyra. Kyra wants to get rid of her husband and out of the prenuptial agreement she signed. There is something about Kyra and the job she wants done that does not appeal to Lisette. When Lisette turns down the offer, Kyra makes threats that Lisette ignores until she is faced with losing all control.
Home Wrecker is sexy and will keep you on the edge of your seat as you try to figure out the next move of Lisette and Kyra - two women who refuse to relinquish their control over any situation. Lisette is arrogant and manipulative and is used to having it all on her terms; and Kyra simply wants what everyone has and then some. Joseph has given readers a sexy mystery that will leave them craving for more.

Everything is going good her services are very much in demand, until she gets a mysterious caller who wants to hire Lisette and is not taking no as in option or bad things will start to happen. Home Wrecker had a lot of sex appeal. I loved Lisette's character she was in control, it was either her way or no way. This book was a good read that will capture your attention right from the beginning. It was crazy, sexy, cool.

Home Run with Homewrecker!!!, September 9, 2008
This review is from: Home Wrecker (Paperback)
Dwayne S Joseph took it to another level with "Home Wrecker". This novel is gritty and rough around the edges, unlike some of his previous novels.
This is the story of Lisette, she lives for power, and loves to be in control. Lisette makes money by using that power to take cheating married men down. Lisette makes 'em weak in the knees and they beg to get a taste of her honey...
Married women pay Lisette extremely well to play the role of a homewrecker. But everyone isn't impressed with Lisette's skills, someone wants to take her down when she doesn't do what they want.
I loved the book, but it was too short and it did not provide enough background info on the characters. Thats why I gave it 4/5 stars. A good read none the less.
