Finally someone who has actually been a work-at-home-mom has shared valuable insight and resources with the rest of us. I have read and researched a lot of different sources for how to succeed at being a working-at-home person. Most sources give snippets into how to do. Georganne gives you all the pieces from start to finish, and the pros and cons. She writes in a very easy to read form, like she's just sitting you down and talking to you as a friend, a very knowledgeable and caring friend. She also acknowledges that this is not just for "moms." I'm looking to be a working-at-home grandmom. If you've seriously thought about being your own boss, while caring for your family, read this book. It's well worth the small investment.

Let me start by saying that I'm a skeptic. Whether it's instinct or habit, I doubt and question everything. So when I was given the chance to review Georganne Fiumara's newest book, I held my breath as I opened it up to the first page!
Well, I can honestly tell you that this book is fabulous! It's an absolute must-have for anyone needing direction in starting a home-based business!
We all know there are a lot of home-business guides out there-(heck, I even own a few!)but what sets this book apart is the way that Fiumara presents the information. She walks you through the entire process...from making the decision to begin a home-based business, choosing which business might be right for you, creating a work space within your home, as well as the fundamentals that go along with starting an at-home business. She covers different marketing strategies, and even what to do if your new business becomes so successful you find yourself overwhelmed!
The entire book is filled with valuable information, and I am both inspired and motivated to get started! Thank-you Georganne!

I bought this book a month ago and although I haven't finished reading it, I wanted to write a small review. So far, this book has been very helpful for me as I am starting my own blog and home business. I think Georganne, explains things in a very detailed way but makes it so easy to understand. You actually feel the encouragement through the book and you know your goals are reachable. Like I said earlier, this is a short review but I plan to leave another after I am finished with the book and have had the chance to utilize some of the things I've learned. Stay tuned....
