The item came very well packaged, folds and unfolds quickly and is not at all flimsy. I had one little nick on mine, not an issue. It looks nice on the counter.

This dishrack is well made and sturdy. It holds large and small plates, as well as coffee mugs, securely. It fits perfectly in a large-sized drain board and is the right size for our kitchen counter. The white vinyl looks both attractive and solid. It closes and opens easily when cleaning. I would definitely recommend this dish rack.
