What a book. It should be made into a film. The lives of William Johnson and his Danish wife, also an artist, is amazing. They were among the top elite artists in Europe and Denmark up till WW 2.

This is the book you want on your coffee table opened to a different page every day. I am an artist and an instructor and William H. Johnson is an artist the children instinctually gravitate to along with Picasso, Rivera, Kahlo, Lawrence, O' Keeffe, visual artists we all should know about and enjoy!
