I already own this pillow and its very soft and comfortable, I ordered a second pillow to match the one I have, and its a grade lower the rock hard,
extremely uncomfortable, and i cant get a response from Homedics in this manner, poor customer service, the product is not what it seems. I own a memory foam mattres and a homedics memory foam pillow and the new pillow does not mimic memory foam.

Completely dissapointed. I have a the same pillow, but wanted a 2nd one. I ordered this one and after a month of use, it was completely flat. I contacted amazon and they sent me a replacement. The replacement was received with all the corners bent in and it just looked terrible. I compared it to my original pillow and realized that the ones they are sending are complete knock offs!!! I am so dissapointed. I am waiting for someone to get back to me regarding a refund for my original purchase. I will not be using this replacement. The pillow even looks different from the picture on the website! What a terrible rip off.

This pillow is great, not to hard but not too soft. Its a pillow that gives you great support and contours to the shape of your head
