Supportive 2.5 lb memory foam? Flat-out lie. On the pillow it says it has 1.3 pound memory foam in it. Amazon has to correct this 'mistake'.
Apart from this inconsistency, the pillows (I bought two) are nice, not as thick and firm as I would prefer but nice. I would not have bought these at the current price of 19.99. It was 13.99 when I bought them 2 weeks ago.Good value for 13.99, not for 19.99.

I suffer from bad neck injuries and frequently wake up with migraines and neck aches. As such I've spent quite some time finding the perfect (tempur-pedic) bed, and pillow. I go through a pillow or two a year still trying to find one that provides me with the less pressure points, the best and most painless night sleep. This has been my current nightly pillow for about 4 months now. Out of ~20 pillows this is probably my 5th favorite I've encountered. There are many factors in purchasing a pillow and to be honest it's quite hard to judge without trying it out in person. The good part about Amazon is the abundant selection, and the ability to return it if you really don't like the feel. Everyone will have different preferences, but usual main points are : *Height of neck support bump - a very big factor for me, most pillows are to tall for my neck/spine curve - this is a really good height for me however. This factor is frequently not considered or overlooked by people. *Firmness of pillow - this frequently goes hand in hand with the height, if a pillow is too tall it doesn't matter what firmness it's always going to have some pressure points. Assuming the correlation to density (2.5lb per CU/FT in this) and firmness, this is a "medium to soft" pillow. Generally the higher the density lbs the more "memory" the foam has and also the more firm. Unfortunately 5+lb density (generally) leads to more pressure points in my sensitive neck, I like more of a "sleeping on air" feeling, even though it's probably technically not "as supportive/conforming". *Cooling ability of pillow. If you're susceptible to head/sweating at night, this could be a bigger factor. Some pillows tout special cooling abilities due to the materials used. This one doesn't really have anything special in this regard, seems really normal. *General quality of the foam. I've had cheap foam pillows literally fall apart after a year of use. This one again seems to be about standard, nothing special in that regard. Otherwise the price is great for this if thats a factor for you. The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it is a rather standard pillow, I just happen to like it so much because of the height.

Much better quality than expected. Ended up getting two as the wife stole mine. Not as thick as I would like but better than some of the tempur pedic models as far as your head sinking into nothing. If it was like a half inch or inch thicker it would be perfect but it will do fine for now. No problems and the price here you just cant beat. Smell of foam goes away quickly.
