Supportive 2.5 lb memory foam? Flat-out lie. On the pillow it says it has 1.3 pound memory foam in it. Amazon has to correct this 'mistake'.

Apart from this inconsistency, the pillows (I bought two) are nice, not as thick and firm as I would prefer but nice. I would not have bought these at the current price of 19.99. It was 13.99 when I bought them 2 weeks ago.Good value for 13.99, not for 19.99.

Much better quality than expected. Ended up getting two as the wife stole mine. Not as thick as I would like but better than some of the tempur pedic models as far as your head sinking into nothing. If it was like a half inch or inch thicker it would be perfect but it will do fine for now. No problems and the price here you just cant beat. Smell of foam goes away quickly.

This is the second memory foam pillow I own. I love the first one I got but they don't make it anymore so I had to do a lot of searching to find a replacement. This one sounded good, and to be fair it's not all bad. It's heart is in the right place. However, when I put my head down on it, my head just sinks in all the way, completely deforming the contours of the pillow which I had hoped would support my neck.

I notice that there are several pillows out there that tout that they are "3 pounds" or "ultra premium memory foam", but nobody seems to be explaining what these things mean. I am going out on a limb here and speculating that more pounds equals more supportive (firmer). This pillow only weighs 1.4 pounds by my scale (give or take .2 pounds). That seems on the light side. If I had it to do over I'd buy one that was 3 pounds. As far as the "ultra premium memory foam" that sounds like marketing BS to me. They're not telling me what it does, only what fancy name they've given it.

So this isn't a bad pillow. It's not mean spirited or crass and it doesn't jaywalk. It just isn't very supportive of my neck. If you want something that is a nice soft pillow with some of the advantages of memory foam (grips your head, keeps in warmth) then this is a good pillow for you. If you want a firm pillow that will support your neck and head then get something heavier, which I guess literally means, something that weighs more.
