I have bought many homedics smart foam pillows in the past love then all. my mom loves the one i bought for her my wife loves hers, i had previously bought the dual comfort silver guard cool guard and loved eferything except the fact it did not conform to the shape of my neck and head and resulted in neck pains. I used my wifes pillow which worked great. Then i bought two of these one for me and one for my dad. They are heavier than the previous model, way thinner and flatens when i rest my head. I now added a 2 inch (2.5 lb)memory form block to the bottom in the pillow case and it works perfectly.

This is a wonderful product, however I had to return it because it was too thick even on the thinner side. I guess I will have to stick with the inexpensive foam contour pillows to get the comfortable cradling on my neck. I am a petite woman, so this may be fine for men or larger women.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH PRODUCT. IT WAS NOT THE SAME PILLOW AS I HAD BOUGHT HERE IN THE DEPARTMENT STORE. I ORDERED THIS ONE ONLINE BECAUSE I WAS SENDING IT AS PILLOW FOR ME TO USE WHEN I WENT TO VISIT MY SON AT HIS ADDRESS. I ARRIVED TWO MONTHS LATER AND IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER DELIVERY. IT SMELLED AWFUL AND HAD SOME KIND OF SUBSTANCE IN IT, I'M NOT SURE WHAT-BUCKWHEAT MAYBE? I HAVE 4 OF THE HOMEDICS CONTOUR PILLOWS IN MY HOME THAT WE THROUGHLY ENJOY. BUT I WAS EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS ORDER.

I can now get a good nights sleep and not worry about my neck position. I love love this pillow. Will definitely get another one if I need to!

this is the worst pillow, it's not memory foam it's just a sponge!!!! do not buy this brand!!!

Not quite the easiest to transition pillow like my mates pillow, Its "coolness holes" don't quite keep it cool like I would want. but for the price and for the material it will do a great job for what you need, and i assume that is to eventually have a comfortable nights sleep that doesn't hurt your already fragile back.

I can't say i wake up with more energy or wake up a new man with this pillow, but i feel better joint wise. With both a Memory Foam pillow and Bed.

I liked the pillow at first but after about a week my neck started to really hurt. I got the worst pinched nerve. I started using my old pillow again and it went away. Then, I went back to this pillow again and the pinched sore neck returned. I've given it a chance but it just didn't work for me. My husband tried it as well. I actually had bought it as a gift for him. He had similiar problems.

I was disappointed when I received this pillow. When I ordered, it had two different descriptions,and I was hoping the pillow would be the thicker of the two. It wasn't. So, I returned. I've ordered another pillow from Amazon; Orthopedic Neck Support Pillow Treated With Bamboo Charcoal, Large + 1 Extra Free Cotton Pillow Case sold by: Theragear® Inc. This one has a shipping weight of 9.9 pounds, so I'm hoping it's THE one.

Gave as gift to daughter. She LOVES it. Arrived in time for Christmas. All good.
