The HoMedics Atom Massager is a nice little thing to have. Its three viberating heads feel great along your back, or anywhere, really.

Pros -
Feels great.
Inexpensive.
Attractive.
Easy to use.

Cons -
Batterys die pretty fast. Mine lasted for only a few days when I first purchased it, but it was also used in a store, so I can't be positive.
