This entire experience of purchasing this sofa was a disaster. We originally ordered the futon for our office in May and waited a long time to receive it. We never received a call saying the sofa would be in and the tracking online just seemed to stop without updates. We finally got an email saying it was damaged in transit and that a replacement futon was on it's way. Another several weeks passed and we finally called the distributor to see what was going on as the tracking also seemed to come to a stand still. We found out it was just sitting in a warehouse waiting to be delieverred. Good thing we called or it would most likely still be there. When deliverred the box was damaged. We noted this and the delivery truck left as they did not have time to wait on us to open and inspect the couch. Of course, when opened we noticed the couch was damaged with half of the bottom falling off. Did I mention the couch itself feels like you are sitting on a cement block? Now we are in the painful process of returning this back. We can't ship it back and can't get any firm answers on getting a refund and having someone pick up the couch. WORD OF ADVICE...
