I love pretty much everything that The Hillbilly Housewife writes. She shares practical information on topics that the our fast paced world sometimes forgets about. The jelly and jam recipes look amazing! I can't wait to try the bacon jelly but freezer jam is first on my list. Not only is this a nice little recipe book but it shares cute stories about The Hillbilly Housewife.

Was very excited to see the old fashioned recipes as well as one using peels and cores of apples( I always hate throwing them away!)
We use the hillbilly housewife website frequently for recipes, its a must read for anyone on a budget.
