About the Author
Catherine Atkinson is a trained Cordon Bleu cook with a BSC (Honors) in Home Economics. She has worked in a number of hotels and restaurants including the Roux Brothers’ patisserie. She became involved with the world of publishing, writing recipes and styling food photography and has been Deputy Cookery Editor for Woman’s Weekly and Me magazine. Catherine currently works as a freelance writer and is a consultant for a number of food and lifestyle magazines—she has written and contributed to over 30 cookbooks.

What an absolutely FANTASTIC book as I turned over each page it just got better and better. The author deserves 10 out of 10 for such a stunning cookbook. Where do you start everyone a winner, I could have just eaten them straight off the pages. Wonderful creations the recipes in the book just goes on and on. Everytime I thought I had come to the end of the book no ... there were more goodies waiting on the next pages.
I am also going to purchase the [500 Cakes and Bakes] by the same author.
