Editorial Reviews

Product Description
This book is a comprehensive account of the pros and cons of homeopathy for the general reader. For those who are curious about the subject and want real answers about what it is, how it works, and what it can and cannot do, Grossinger provides the history, philosophy, politics and scientific theory of homeopathy in a lucid and informative manner. Publishers Weekly writes that Grossinger is "penetrating in his analysis...His lucid, informative and sympathetic account demonstrates how homeopathic theory itself is a critique of standard medical practice."

2.0 out of 5 stars NOT for Beginners, May 7, 1998
The title of this book is misleading. It is definitely NOT written for beginners. The book is geared towards those familiar with homeopathic jargon and is a very difficult read. I was hoping to learn the basics of homeopathy with this book, but was very disappointed.
