I bought this cook book as a souvenir of a New England vacation. It's one of the most useful cookbooks I've ever had! In the month that I've had it, I've made 6 recipes, and they have all been big hits. This is just simple home cooking, basic recipes, ingredients usually found in a home. The directions are well written. These are real people recipes.
