For me, this is a good book for freshman to senior college writters. There are lots of sample exercises and answer sheets will improve your written skill.

I went back to college at age 55. I was initially concerned with my writing ability and purchased this book as a guide for language, grammar, and composition. It was extremely helpful although the practice pages were not useful and appeared geared more toward English as a second language. The format was easy to follow and the topics inclusive and thorough.
