Nothing special.
The main ingredient in this is monosodium glutamate. If it is for miso soup, keep looking.

When this product arrived I was shocked to see that the "best before" date was less than 2 months away. The reason I was surprised is because the first 4 ingediants listed are salt, monosodium glutamate, lactose and sugar. Yummy!
