Ray Hoy is the owner/publisher of The Fiction Works, http://www.fictionworks.com, and he has been a professional writer for over fifty years. While there, he witnessed numerous above ground nuclear explosions and, unlike thousands of his fellow soldiers, has lived to tell about it.
