Good manual...saved me time & sanity
I have a 73 cb750, and as far as I'm concerned this book is great. I did already have an older Chilton's manual & the Honda tune-up book. Not as many exploded diagrams as some would like, but I still prefer this manual. Also, the full color wiring diagram in the back was a big help when troubleshooting anything electrical. Good stuff.

Illustrations need more work
Wiring diagrams are poorly done. They need total revamp, especially K3-K7. Also many photographs need better exposure/different film to give more clarity.

A good book with detailed explanations, many drawings and some B&W pictures. A must when working on that bike. A bit old school though, a new edition with colour pictures would be real nice. I might have to get Haynes book to complete this one.

Don't expect this manual to tell you how to do everything. For example, it will say things like remove fuel tank. Well, it's not hard, but one has to do a little exploring and experimenting to figure out how to do that. It definitely helped me do the work I needed (cleaning the carbs), but I wish it had just a little more information.

This is the best of it's kind. I would pefur the ( Honda ) service manual but it's not avabile.
